American Consumer Credit Counseling is seeking a Manager of Regulatory Compliance in Auburndale, MA to lead ACCC's regulatory program. This role partners across the organization to ensure compliance, reporting, and policy management are accurate and timely.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in regulatory compliance, multi-state experience, and strong communication skills. Hybrid work four days on-site with one remote day per week is available, offering comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Five+ years of progressive regulatory compliance experience.
• Experience managing multi-state regulatory programs.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administration of ACCC's regulatory compliance program.
• Oversee regulatory licensing, filings, examinations, and compliance reporting.
• Monitor federal and state regulatory developments and coordinate implementation.
• Draft and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Maintain the Compliance Management System and regulatory documentation.
• Prepare executive compliance metrics and reports for leadership.
