Job summary

Mondelez International in Carlisle, PA, is seeking a Transportation leader to support operations, implement strategy, and optimize logistics across multiple routes. You will lead a high-performance team, collaborate with 3PL partners, and manage carrier relationships to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

The role requires 15+ years in transportation/logistics, experience with TMS/WMS/ERP, and strong data analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree at minimum or 15+ years of industry experience / retail experience could also work.
15+ years of transportation and/or logistics experience.
CPG or Food/Beverage experience preferred, proficiency with logistics software (TMS, WMS, ERP systems), Data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI), Carrier negotiation and relationship management, Communication and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

Deliver value by optimizing transportation strategy across modes, balancing service and cost.
Be responsible for safety, service and cost KPIs.
End-to-end responsibility to serve customers and collaborate with vendors to ensure timely solutions.
Develop transport solutions and review vendor performance for negotiations.
Ensure the right product at the right quantity reaches the right place on time (damage-free).
Lead risk management and supply continuity through forecasting and capacity management.
Drive best-in-class practices through continuous improvement and digitalization.
