Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, Pricing, or related field preferred.
• Strong Excel skills: VLOOKUP, complex formulas, data entry.
• Experience with Power BI; familiarity with Agility or similar platforms.
• Experience in wholesale, distribution, or B2B environments preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; data-driven pricing experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to implement timely pricing adjustments.
• Maintain and update the pricing database with SOX audit trails.
• Coordinate supplier cost changes into price changes with field teams.
• Analyze markets to identify opportunities and risks in pricing.
• Provide data-driven insights between field teams and management.
• Lead pricing reviews and strategic price changes using regional data.
• Utilize Excel and BI tools to optimize price and margin across the region.
• Support hybrid work with remote and in-office collaboration.
