HUB International is hiring a Regional Crop Operations Lead in a hybrid role (four days in the office) to manage a service team serving Crop clients with day-to-day and renewal needs. You will oversee workflows, broker standards, and training, coordinate staffing and onboarding, and ensure high service quality while aligning with carrier initiatives and financial accuracy.

Formación

• Five or more years of crop insurance or related agriculture experience in an account management role.
• Exceptional customer service and strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization, follow-up skills, and independent judgment.
• Ability to work well in a team and lead others.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a service team delivering day-to-day, new business, and renewal insurance support for Crop clients.
• Ensure Broker Management System usage, workflows, and policies are followed.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and performance management of accounts team.
• Support carrier initiatives, audits, and client experiences.
• Recruit and onboard new team members and manage staffing during hours.
