The role uses ATS and CRM tools, partners with internal teams and clients, maintains records, and promotes workplace safety while meeting staffing needs and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, candidates, and team members.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality service and meeting client expectations.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for professional and skilled-trade roles.
• Conduct daily outreach, phone screens, interviews, and placements
• Source, screen, track, and engage candidates using ATS/CRM tools
• Partner with internal teams and clients to understand staffing needs and timelines
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records; data entry and timesheet tasks
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates; promote top talent
• Collaborate with team members to support shared goals and compliance
• Promote safety and ensure adherence to guidelines
• Perform other duties as required
