Qualifications

• 3+ years in staffing or staffing firm experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Ability to read resumes and client communications clearly.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and source candidates from internal and external sources.
• Navigate LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed hiring platforms.
• Guide candidates and clients through full staffing lifecycle: screening, submitting, interviewing, offering.
• Manage accounts and consult to optimize staffing processes.
• Enter candidate data into ESCAPE ATS and maintain records.
• Meet candidates to complete paperwork and deliver offers.
• Proactively source to maintain a talent network for ESC.
• Maintain contract employees and candidate happiness.
