Job summary

The City of Boise seeks a Recreation Admin Analyst to support finance, systems and analytics for its recreation programs. You will manage budgets, revenue, and reconciliations while overseeing RecTrac and point-of-sale systems for fees, memberships, reservations and financial data.

The role involves budgeting, forecasting, data analysis and process improvements across recreation operations, with hybrid work eligibility and opportunities to influence program efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5 years of senior management support experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of governmental accounting and financial rules.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasts and complex financial data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate budgets, revenue, and account reconciliations for recreation programs.
• Support RecTrac and POS systems for fees, reservations, memberships and financial data.
• Develop and present cost analyses, forecasts and reports to stakeholders.
• Assist in cash handling practices and process improvements across programs.
• Supervise staff, train teammates and coordinate with other divisions.
