Parametric, part of Morgan Stanley Investment Management, seeks an SMA Reconciliation Operations Associate to reconcile portfolios and resolve discrepancies with custodians. You will also handle client and third‑party reporting and document processes. A strong eye for detail and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years in Financial Services; strong professionalism and communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel expertise required.
• Experience with VBA and Excel macros is a plus.
• Familiarity with Advent APX, SQL and Alteryx is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Reconcile client portfolios against custody statements and sources.
• Resolve variances in a timely manner and document processes.
• Prepare client and external reporting; maintain records.
• Work with large datasets in Excel (100,000+ rows) and data controls.
• Identify process improvements and participate in initiatives.
