Responsibilities

• Underwrite affordable multifamily real estate credit requests and take ownership of credit decisions.
• Analyze projects by building budgets and operating pro formas for feasibility.
• Review appraisals and third-party reports to validate assumptions and value.
• Evaluate market conditions and sponsor strength to mitigate risks.
• Produce detailed transaction summaries outlining needs, risk factors, and recommendations.
• Conduct due diligence with industry/regional research and uphold credit policy.
