Citi is seeking a Real Estate Underwriting Officer to support its Structured Credit and Real Estate Underwriting team. This role is critical in managing a multi-billion-dollar portfolio primarily in affordable housing across North America.

The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of relevant experience, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills. An MBA, CFA, or CA is preferred. The position is hybrid and full-time.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in credit, portfolio management, or structuring.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; modelling experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely communication among internal stakeholders.
• Review property-level financials to identify deteriorating trends.
• Monitor ongoing compliance of assigned deals with financing terms.
