Job summary

Qualifications

• Underwrite current and prospective CRE, HOA, and Co-op lending transactions and analyze credit quality.
• Prepare and review financial data, cash flow projections, and debt impact analyses.
• Support portfolio reviews and assist with annual reviews; stay abreast of market conditions.
