Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent job-related experience.
• Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Access software programs.
• Some related experience in commercial real estate loan credit analysis, underwriting, closing or loan servicing.
• Some travel required.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review periodic property operating statements and analyze variances.
• Analyze borrower financial statements and meet reporting deadlines.
• Prepare Monthly Asset Status Reports sections for the portfolio.
• Assist with periodic Trust communications and AQR reports as needed.
• Coordinate third party property reports and maintain contact data.
• Maintain Special Servicing System data input and related tasks.
