Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years lending experience, real estate processing preferred.
• Minimum 3 years banking experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Encompass/Fiserv preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and close real estate loans including Construction, Bridge, Cash to Close, First Lien Mortgage, and HELOC.
• Manage daily workflow of real estate loans and closing pipelines.
• Prepare initial and pre-closing documents per policy and regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with TRID, Reg B and other real estate lending rules.
• Provide high level customer service to internal and external customers.
• Adhere to bank policies and complete required compliance training.
• Report compliance issues per bank policy.
• Maintain regular attendance.
