Crown Homes is seeking a Strategic Growth Partner to join our Growth team. This hybrid role, based in the Delaware area, focuses on recruiting top real estate professionals and expanding the agent network while coordinating with the Growth Director.

You will initiate outreach, schedule meetings, handle administrative tasks, and sustain engagement with candidates to support Crown Homes' expansion strategy.
