You will thrive in a collaborative, client-first environment with flexible hours, ongoing training, and mentoring opportunities. A valid real estate license or active enrollment is required to support successful client outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Must be LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT or currently enrolled in real estate school.
• Proven sales success in real estate or similar sales environment.
• Strong interpersonal and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Tech-literate with basic computer skills and CRM familiarity.

• Assess clients’ needs and financial capacity to propose suitable real estate solutions.
• Conduct detailed CMA to set property values and pricing strategies.
• Prepare contracts, leases, and closing statements in compliance with laws.
