SERHANT. is a next-generation real estate firm launching a full-time hybrid Real Estate Agent role based in Cranford, NJ.

You will represent buyers and sellers, conduct property showings, open houses, and listing presentations with professionalism. Daily duties include prospecting and nurturing leads, managing client communications, preparing and reviewing contracts, and guiding clients through negotiations and closings.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License in New Jersey and foundational knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts.
• Strong sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing residential transactions.
• Customer service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, reliability, and client advocacy.
• Comfort using digital tools and CRM systems; ability to work effectively in a tech-enabled, content-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional presentation capabilities.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple clients and listings, and meet performance goals.
• Familiarity with the Cranford, NJ and broader New Jersey real estate markets is highly beneficial.
• High ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to compliance with state and local regulations.
