Job summary

REMAX Culture in Hudson, MA is seeking a Full Time Real Estate Licensed Agent to manage residential and commercial transactions from lead generation to closing in a hybrid work setting. You will engage clients in person, conduct property showings, prepare and review contracts, and collaborate with the REMAX Culture team using our technology tools to deliver a smooth experience.

Qualifications

Active Real Estate License in Massachusetts and solid knowledge of real property laws and regulations.
Strong real estate expertise, including residential and/or commercial transactions.
Proven sales skills with the ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and negotiate effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused approach and clear, professional communication.
Comfort with hybrid work, including in-office presence in Hudson, MA and remote tasks using digital tools.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple transactions, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, Korean) or willingness to serve diverse communities is highly beneficial.
