GRA Real Estate Team Real Brokerage is seeking a organized, client-focused Real Estate Agent to join under a licensed senior agent within the GRA Design Studio partnership. This hybrid role combines remote support with on-site showings to deliver architecture-informed real estate services.

Ideal candidates are licensed or pursuing licensure, calm, responsive, and able to manage multiple inquiries while collaborating with the design team to enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Real Estate Agent or actively pursuing licensure.
• Calm, personable temperament and strong communication.
• Customer-service mindset with focus on client needs.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Primarily remote work with on-site showings as needed.
• Interest in architecture, design, or development is a plus.
• Existing relationships with vendors, builders, and contractors is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills for handling multiple inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound real estate and architecture inquiries via the GRA website.
• Support lead licensed agent on active transactions, including client communication, scheduling, and documentation.
• Attend property showings, inspections, and other on-site visits.
• Assist in preparing listings and coordinate with design team for architectural insights.
• Maintain knowledge of local market trends and client needs.
• Provide timely, professional client service.
• Collaborate with GRA Design Studio to create seamless architecture + real estate experiences.
• Uphold Real Brokerage standards and comply with real estate laws and ethical guidelines.
