Job summary

The Concord Group, a national real estate advisory firm, is seeking a Consultant to work with small teams on market analyses across multifamily, mixed-use, and other sectors. The role exposes you to developers, investors, and decision-makers, with responsibilities spanning data collection, analysis, and client presentations.

You will structure analyses, synthesize findings, and contribute to client-ready deliverables while growing into leadership on engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with quantitative skills.
• Experience translating data into client-ready recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client-ready storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Structure market, economic, demographic, and competitive analyses around the client’s decision.
• Evaluate demand, rents, pricing, absorption, product positioning, and competitive supply; develop defensible recommendations.
• Synthesize data, market interviews, and site observations into a clear story for clients.
• Prepare client-ready presentations, memoranda, exhibits, and market studies.
• Use Excel, data platforms, mapping tools, and AI to make analysis faster, deeper, and more customized; check sources and results.
• Conduct site visits and interviews with developers, brokers, property managers, and other market participants.
• Direct portions of engagements, coordinate team contributions, and participate actively in client discussions and presentations.
