Job summary

The Concord Group is seeking a Consultant in Real Estate Advisory with 2-5 years of experience to join our Atlanta team. You will perform market, demand, and development analyses for developers, investors, and public agencies, leveraging data, proprietary tools, and AI to inform client decisions.

You will work in small teams, present findings, and contribute to market studies across multifamily, mixed-use, and other property types nationwide.

Consultant in Real Estate Advisory 2-5 Years of Professional Experience | The Concord Group The Concord Group (TCG) advises developers, investors, public agencies, and other decision-makers to understand markets, evaluate opportunities, and make better development and investment decisions. We are building the next generation of TCG Consultants. We seek intellectually curious, analytically strong professionals with approximately two to five years of experience who want to build a career in real estate consulting. Our Consultants ask the right questions, determine what matters, exercise judgment, and communicate a clear point of view. We are using proprietary tools, new data capabilities, and AI to streamline research and give our teams more time to interpret information, solve problems, and advise clients.

You will work in small teams alongside senior TCG professionals, with early exposure to developers, investors, and other real estate decision-makers. Your analysis will help shape real projects: what to build, who to serve, how to position it, and what the market can support. Assignments span markets nationally and property types including multifamily housing, mixed-use development, for-sale residential, retail, hospitality, and master-planned communities. You will build a broad perspective on how developers and investors make decisions and see how your recommendations inform those decisions. Working closely with experienced advisors gives you direct exposure to how they frame problems, test assumptions, and communicate with clients when the answer is uncertain.
