The Concord Group, a national real estate advisory firm, seeks intellectually curious Consultants to analyze markets, demographics, and pricing for developers and investors. You will work in small teams, handling client-ready deliverables and engaging with senior professionals on diverse projects.

Location is Newport Beach, CA with a hybrid work setup. The role offers a base salary in the 85,000–105,000 USD range, plus bonus potential and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with quantitative data.
• Ability to synthesize information into clear client recommendations.
• Clear, concise writing and confident verbal communication.
• Interest in real estate development, markets, and economics.
• Willingness to take ownership of project portions.

Responsibilities

• Structure market, economic, demographic, and competitive analyses around the client's decision.
• Evaluate demand, rents, pricing, absorption, product positioning, and competitive supply.
• Synthesize data and site observations into a clear client story.
• Prepare client-ready presentations, memoranda, and market studies.
• Use Excel, data platforms, mapping tools, and AI to enhance analyses.
• Conduct site visits and interviews with market participants.
• Direct portions of engagements and coordinate team contributions.
