Job summary

PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy is seeking a Clinical Patient Engagement Manager to lead and develop clinical content and programs aimed at improving adherence and outcomes for rare diseases. You will oversee pharmacist training, ensure expertise across RxARECARE programs, and drive ongoing program quality and impact.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, Clinical Patient Engagement and supports multiple work streams in a hybrid work environment, with a focus on high-quality patient care and

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy from an ACPE accredited institution.
• Minimum of three (3) years as a practicing, licensed pharmacist or completion of a pharmacy post graduate residency, PGY-1, or fellowship.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in the United States or U.S. territories.

Responsibilities

• Oversees existing clinical programs for RxARECARE by supporting internal and external stakeholders to drive patient outcomes.
• Leads design and development of new clinical programs and project plans to deliver value.
• Conducts monthly clinical call quality reviews and provides structured feedback.
