This hybrid role involves analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and supporting the delivery of technology solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes.

The ideal candidate translates business needs into system requirements and drives projects through implementation, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or related role.
• Strong experience gathering requirements, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and documenting business processes.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and project delivery teams.
• Proficiency with process mapping, data analysis, and requirements management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Visio, or similar.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidate based out of Raleigh, NC for this hybrid role requiring onsite work every other week.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Evaluate existing business processes and recommend system enhancements or process improvements.
• Create and maintain business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, workflows, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and project teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives and requirements.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and post-implementation activities.
