STV is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Transit/Rail Engineering Intern to join our team. This hybrid internship offers an opportunity for undergraduate and graduate-level candidates to work alongside our experienced team, learn, and contribute to meaningful projects.

Responsibilities include using Microstation and AutoCAD for rail alignments and drainage, supporting construction documents, and conducting field inspections.

Competenze

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering at an ABET-accredited University or NCEES equivalent.
• Preference for experience in the architecture/engineering/construction management industry.

Mansioni

• Utilize Microstation and AutoCAD to assist in design rail alignments, drainage systems, and grading and other infrastructure.
• Participate in variety of planning, design and construction projects.
• Support development of construction documents, including drawings and specifications.
• Assist in developing technical design reports, calculations, and memos.
• Periodically perform field inspections.
• Perform research in support of developing design solutions.
