Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for a hybrid role combining front-desk administration, patient care, and diagnostic imaging. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring excellent customer service, accurate patient registration, and efficient flow through the imaging process.

The position supports providers and the clinical team, maintains safety and compliance, and operates radiologic equipment to deliver high-quality images while upholding LVHN's standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program (AART).
• 2 years diagnostic imaging experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, radiation physics, and clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient check-in/check-out with accurate registration.
• Verify insurance eligibility, collect co-pays and referrals.
• Schedule appointments and optimize clinic workflow.
• Maintain EMR records with accuracy and compliance.
• Operate radiologic imaging equipment ensuring safety and image quality.
• Assist providers with patient information collection and examinations.
• Maintain logs and ensure proper documentation of procedures.
