• Proficiency in EMR, PACS, scheduling platforms, and MS Office.
• Excellent patient communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform patient check-in/check-out with accurate registration and information collection.
• Verify insurance eligibility and process payments (co-pays or self-pay).
• Schedule appointments and optimize clinic workflow.
• Maintain EMR accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
