Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a Clinical Concierge - Diagnostic Technologist in Lehighton. The hybrid role blends front-desk duties, patient care, and radiologic imaging with a focus on excellent customer service and compliant imaging workflows.

You will assist with check-in, insurance verification, referrals, and rooming, while preparing exam rooms and supporting imaging procedures. The position requires ARRT RT licensure and BLS, with HIPAA and radiation safety adherence.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.
• ARRT Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiology is required within 30 days of hire.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, radiation physics and clinical workflows.
• Proficiency with EMR, PACS, scheduling platforms, and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate patient check-in/check-out and registration accuracy.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays or payments.
• Schedule and optimize clinic workflow and maintain EMR records.
