Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of three years of related work experience.
• Experience in regulatory and/or healthcare environment helpful.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational abilities, customer service, ability to meet deadlines, and relate to all levels of personnel.
• Must be detail oriented, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and data input.

Responsibilities

• Receives, reviews, and processes occupational dosimetry requests and manages records.
• Manages distribution and collection of occupational dosimetry with staff.
• Trains employees on dosimeters and accessing vendor tools.
• Maintains and reports compliance metrics for the dosimetry program.
• Coordinates scheduling of audits and trainings with staff and user departments.
• Assists in arranging meetings, recording minutes, and maintaining policies.
