Job summary

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. seeks an R&D Chemist with formulation experience to support the development, qualification, and launch of new personal care cosmetic and consumer health products, as well as maintenance and improvement of existing products.

The Chemist will lead product development from concept through launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Hybrid role in Princeton, NJ with in-person days Tue–Thu and remote options on Mon and Fri.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related with 5+ years of industry experience or Ph.D. with 0–3 years of experience.
• Formulation expertise in personal care cosmetics or consumer health products.
• Experience with U.S./FDA and E.U. regulatory requirements for cosmetics/related products.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development from concept to launch and post-launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and develop plans.
• Design and execute experiments, collect and analyze data, and make data-based recommendations.
