Church & Dwight is seeking a Senior Research Chemist to lead consumer-focused formulations in oral care and contribute to regulatory-compliant product development. The role demands a strong background in oral care chemistry and hands-on lab leadership within a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will collaborate with global teams to evaluate new technologies, translate consumer insights into scalable innovations, and drive growth for core brands like TheraBreath and Batiste.

Competenze

• Requires a B.S. in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry or related discipline.
• 5+ years of laboratory experience.
• Oral care formulation experience required.
• Experience with FDA OTC products preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead research projects independently, developing or improving products to meet customer needs and regulatory standards.
• Assess new technologies and drive innovation for global personal care brands.
• Conduct bench-top formula development for oral and/or skin care; design experiments and analyze data.
• Transfer lead candidate technologies from lab to pilot scale and support manufacturing feasibility.
• Serve as RD Technical Project Lead with cross-functional partners.
