Qualifications

• Ability to read academic material and write thoughtful analysis with interpretation.
• Bachelor’s degree with GPA above 3.5 required.
• Proven independent research and high-quality academic writing helpful.
• High standards, attention to detail, organization, and multitasking under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Work under general direction of HBS faculty on topics central to the research agenda.
• Write cases, project reports, memos; prepare articles for business audiences.
• Develop, conduct, analyze and implement research using data science tools; NLP.
• Manage data using STATA, Python, R, or MATLAB.
• Ensure compliance with department, University policies and external research rules.
• Structure assignments and keep faculty informed using own judgment.
• Build trust by being on-site and collaborating with colleagues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
