Maximus is currently hiring an Associate Quality Control Analyst to support our Kentucky Health Benefits Exchange team in Frankfort, KY. This hybrid-remote role evaluates customer interactions, analyzes performance data, conducts calibration activities, and collaborates with operations and training to drive coaching and process improvements.
The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and knowledge of QA methodologies to translate insights into performance enhancements.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 0-3 years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Solve routine problems of limited scope.
- Limited use and/or application of basic principles, theories, and concepts.
Responsabilidades
- Assist ES QC management to identify, analyst, and perform needs assessments.
- Participate in root cause analysis in order to identify and document best practices.
- Run distribute updates daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Perform data management functions with the use of excel data base.
- Perform data management and maintenance requirements in a timely manner.
