Maximus is seeking an Associate Quality Control Analyst to support the Kentucky Health Benefits Exchange. The role analyzes customer interactions, calibrates QA activities, and partners with operations and training to identify coaching opportunities and process improvements.

This hybrid-remote position may require on-site work at our Frankfort, KY offices. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree with 0–3 years of experience and strong attention to detail, plus proficiency in QA

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 0–3 years of related experience.
• Solid understanding of quality assurance principles and processes.
• Proven ability to analyze data and identify coaching opportunities.

• Assist QC management to identify, analyze, and perform needs assessments.
• Participate in root cause analysis to document best practices.
• Run distribution updates daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Perform data management with Excel and maintain data accuracy.
• Handle data maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
