Maximus is seeking an Associate Quality Control Analyst to support the Kentucky Health Benefits Exchange. The role analyzes customer interactions, calibrates QA activities, and partners with operations and training to identify coaching opportunities and process improvements.

This hybrid-remote position may require on-site work at our Frankfort, KY offices. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree with 0–3 years of experience and strong attention to detail, plus proficiency in QA

Description & RequirementsMaximus is currently hiring an Associate Quality Control Analyst to support our Kentucky Health Benefits Exchange team.The Associate Quality Control Analyst will help drive quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction across contact center operations.
