Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks a QAD Functional Analyst in Schaumburg, IL. You will investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve QAD usage and business-process issues, focusing on functional support rather than back-end tech tasks.

Reporting to the Global ERP Operations Manager, you will provide day-to-day functional support for ERP users through QAD interfaces, collaborate with IT and vendors, and assist with user readiness, testing, and

Competenze

Hands-on experience supporting users in an ERP system, preferably QAD.
Functional knowledge of ERP processes in QAD modules such as Manufacturing, Distribution, or Financials.
Ability to translate user issues into clear functional requirements for technical teams.

Mansioni

Provide day-to-day functional support for QAD ERP users and resolve usage or process issues.
Assist users navigating QAD front-end interfaces and understand business processes in the application.
Collaborate with IT, stakeholders, and vendors for escalations or enhancements.
Assist with user readiness, testing, and communication related to QAD updates or changes.
