Job summary

Lawson Products, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Business Process Analyst in Chicago. The role focuses on developing and maintaining Lawson's operating systems with emphasis on SAP and CRM, ensuring QA requirements, and supporting quote-to-cash initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in QA testing, technical support, or engineering-related roles.
• Experience with SAP is a plus, especially in ERP platforms and related tools.
• Solid understanding of QA principles, processes, and methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains Lawson’s operating systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and testing objectives.
• Supports QA initiatives by working with IT Analysts and IT Leads.
• Performs end-to-end testing and validates Q2C processes across systems.
• Conducts validation testing to support deployments into production.
• Troubleshoots issues and resolves problems per established standards.
• Provides training and support to field sales and internal departments; creates training materials.
• Coordinates EPro and EDI requests between departments, customers, and portals.
