Job summary

Lawson Products in Chicago, IL, is seeking an entry-level Business Process Analyst to develop and maintain operating systems with a primary focus on SAP and CRM. You will ensure QA requirements are met and support continuity of quote-to-cash initiatives, including testing and training materials for SAP and CRM.

The role operates on a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office, 2 remote) with a comprehensive benefits package including 401k, vision, dental, and medical plans, plus paid holidays and PTO.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor's preferred in CS or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of QA testing or technical support experience.
• Experience with SAP and ERP-related tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains Lawson’s operating systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and participates in business improvement meetings.
• Supports QA testing for quote-to-cash initiatives and deployments.
• Provides training and support to field sales and internal teams; creates training materials.
• Coordinates EPro and EDI requests between departments, customers, and invoicing portals.
• Performs other duties as assigned; roles may evolve with business needs.
