Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or CS required or equivalent.
• 5+ years of related work experience with QA, hardware/software testing.
• 0-2 years of people management experience; leadership potential expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Software Quality Assurance team to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Act as escalation point for complex technical issues and coordinate cross-functional resolution.
