Apex Systems is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to validate Metrik on Salesforce-based systems. You will develop and execute detailed test plans, perform functional, regression, and data-integrity testing, and work with developers to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in software quality assurance or testing.
• Experience testing Salesforce applications and APIs.
• Strong test planning, execution, and defect management skills.
• Ability to draft and review test cases and results.
• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe environments and Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and document test plans and cases for new functionality.
• Collaborate to define acceptance criteria and test scenarios.
• Analyze results and work with developers to fix failures or escalate.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Maintain testing documentation and support UAT with stakeholders.
