Job summary

The American Medical Association is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst I for a hybrid role in Chicago, IL. You will ensure Ed Hub delivers a high-quality, accessible user experience through manual and automated testing, defect tracking, and collaboration with product and development teams.

You will test features, assess accessibility against WCAG, and support ongoing improvements with clear documentation and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Prior experience in software quality assurance, testing, technical support, or digital accessibility preferred.
• Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools; able to identify defects and UX issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test plans and cases for Ed Hub features and releases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and cross-browser testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution with stakeholders.
• Help establish QA standards, accessibility testing procedures, and best practices.
• Provide quality assurance input during release readiness activities.
