Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking a Software Quality Analyst I for a Hybrid role (Exton or Philadelphia, PA) with a Civil Engineering background. The role focuses on developing, executing, and maintaining test plans and scripts to ensure the quality of Bentley software across the Civil product suite.

The candidate should have a Civil Engineering degree or relevant experience, plus 2–3 years in road design testing or 3+ years in road design software testing, and familiarity with Bentley tools like

Qualifications

Must have Civil Engineering Degree or Experience*
Design and execute test cases based on product specifications and design documents.
Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
Develop and maintain test plans and scripts.
Log, track, and manage software defects through the bug lifecycle.
Validate customer-reported issues and ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality standards.
Continuously learn and stay updated on Bentley's Civil product suite.
Recommend improvements to enhance product quality and user experience.

Responsibilities
