Bentley Systems is seeking a Software Quality Analyst for Civil Engineering Tools to ensure the quality and reliability of our software offerings. The role focuses on designing test plans, executing functional/regression tests, and detailing bug lifecycles across Bentley’s Civil product suite.
The candidate will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, support sales with product insights, and stay current with industry QA practices.

Software Quality Analyst I
Location: Hybrid - Exton or Philadelphia PA
Position Summary:
*Must have Civil Engineering Degree or Experience*
A Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Bentley software products. This goal will be achieved through continuous monitoring and testing the software products, both in pre‑release and released state. Work includes development of software test plans, test case models and test scripts, performing regression test and documenting test and software quality records.
