Job summary

NEOSTEK, Inc. seeks a Purview Specialist to support ERM/RIM, focusing on Microsoft Purview Records Management. The role ensures security, compliance, and high performance of the Purview platform within a government-contract environment.

The candidate will configure, maintain, and optimize Purview RM, manage retention labels and workflows, and collaborate with Compliance, Legal, IT, and business units. Washington, DC hybrid work model with on-site requirement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS, Engineering, MIS or related field.
• 5+ years IT support with RIM or Purview experience.
• Experience with enterprise information governance and compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Purview tools.
• Familiarity with federal records management regulations (NARA/OMB/FOIA).
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work on-site at least 50% in Washington, DC and obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support for Purview RM implementation, configuration, and management.
• Troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and compliance.
• Optimize Purview platform and related IT components for scalability and performance.
• Ensure configurations comply with security standards and regulatory obligations.
• Implement security safeguards, RBAC, data protection, and audit logging.
• Lead retention labels, policies, file plans, and disposition workflows.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, IT and business units on upgrades and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
