Job summary

Manufacturing, Operations, & Collected Editions is seeking a Publishing Operations Associate to join the DC Manufacturing, Operations, & Collected Editions team in Burbank, CA. Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.

You will work with the Data Asset Manager to create series and items in Microsoft Business Central, update metadata, and ensure accuracy across internal and external systems. Strong Excel skills and comic publishing knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Data Management or Data Upkeep maintaining databases.
• 3+ years comic publishing knowledge, including familiarity with the industry.
• 3+ years Excel experience, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, charts.

Responsibilities

• Create series and items in Microsoft Business Central with the Data Asset Manager.
• Update product metadata based on requests and established business practices.
• Update corresponding metadata in external systems to keep product information accurate.
• Review original materials’ covers for correct information on InSite.
• Support day-to-day publishing operations.
