Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in California.
• 2+ years of legal experience.
• Currently practicing at a law firm is required.
• Experience representing public entities or municipalities, in transactional matters is required.
• Strong legal research, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a client-focused approach.
