Qualifications

• 3-5 years of municipal transactional law experience.
• Draft ordinances and resolutions, handle open meetings.
• Experience with land use, planning, conflicts of interest and election law.
• Experience representing public agency clients and public meetings.

Responsibilities

• Advise and represent municipal clients in transactional matters.
• Draft and review ordinances, resolutions and regulatory documents.
• Navigate open meeting laws and ensure compliance for public agencies.
• Travel to client meetings as needed; remote work possible.
