Job summary

Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center, Inc. in Worcester, MA is seeking a Psychotherapist for a hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

Provide outpatient mental health psychotherapy to patients of all ages, collaborate with the clinical team, and support patients and families through evidence-based care in a community health setting. Requirements include MA licensure as LMHC/LICSW/LCSW/LMFT or independently licensed eligible, and bilingual ability in Spanish or Portuguese.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice in Massachusetts (LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LMFT) or Independently Licensed Eligible.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese
• Passion for helping vulnerable populations

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental/behavioral health psychotherapy to patients of the Health Center.
• Provide brief and longer-term psychotherapy, consultation, assessment and evaluation across ages.
• Collaborate with clinical team to coordinate patient care and support families in self-management.
