Job summary

Qualifications

• Active license to practice in Massachusetts (LMHC/LICSW/LCSW/LMFT or independently licensed eligible).

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental/behavioral health psychotherapy to patients at the Milford Health Center.
• Provide brief and longer-term psychotherapy, consultation, assessment and evaluation.
• Work as a team member in clinical practice and coordinate care with other providers.
