Job summary

Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust in Hertfordshire is seeking a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join a supportive, established team. The role is hybrid, with base in St Albans or Hemel Hempstead and two office days weekly.

You will deliver low-intensity CBT, work with primary care services, run group webinars, and contribute to service development while maintaining strict confidentiality and inclusive practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner.
• Registered with BABCP/BPS or eligible to apply.
• Experience with mental health difficulties in healthcare settings.
• Commitment to inclusive and anti-discriminatory practice.
• Able to work on site in St Albans or Hemel Hempstead at least two days a week.

Responsibilities

• Support a range of Step 3 groups alongside High Intensity Therapists.
• Deliver group webinars and promote the service when clinical work allows.
• Access and participate in the internal CPD program and team development.
