The role involves psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management, with a focus on accessible, high-quality care.

The position offers a hybrid schedule (onsite three days, telehealth two days) with no nights or weekends, plus competitive compensation and opportunities for CME and professional development.

Qualifications

• Active TX Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license required
• Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills
• Proficiency with EMR and keeping accurate health records
• Experience in outpatient psychiatry is preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial mental health evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide medication management and psychotherapy as appropriate
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and mental health therapists for coordinated care
• Participate in a hybrid schedule with onsite and telehealth sessions
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in the EMR and ensure data quality
